Ten Health

I fell in love with Reformer Pilates when I first got into exercising and I still incorporate it into my routine every week. It is so fabulous for strengthening your core and glutes, lengthening your muscles and is incredible for posture, alignment and spine health. I love the Ten Health studios, which are dotted all over London: their studios are spacious and their teaching is fantastic. They also offer amazing pre-natal training with a class every day at their Fitzrovia location.
