SWEET POTATO WEDGES

INGREDIENTS

Sweet Potato
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Cinnamon
Paprika
Salt
Thyme (to garnish)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut Sweet Potato into chunks and place in baking tray
  2. Add the coconut oil and spices (be generous with the amount) and massage into the sweet potato thoroughly
  3. Cook for 30-35 minutes at 180°C
  4. Garnish with Thyme
