SPICY PAK CHOI

INGREDIENTS

Pak Choi
Seasame Oil
Chilli
Garlic (or garlic oil)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat frying pan and add the seasame oil, chilli and garlic
  2. When the pan is hot add the Pak Choi for around 5 minutes, stirring occasionally

Pan Fried Sea Bass or Lemon Sole
