SALMON SALAD

INGREDIENTS

Salmon Fillet
Asparagus
Iceburg Lettuce
Red Bell Pepper
Cucumber

FOR THE DRESSING

1 Squeezed Lemon
Olive Oil
Salt + Pepper
Garlic (optional)
tsp Honey
1tsp Dried Oregano
Basil (fresh or dried)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wrap Salmon in foil and roast at 180°C for 15-20 minutes
  2. Mix dressing ingredients together in blender
  3. Mix salad Ingredients together in bowl adding the salmon and then add the dressing
