INGREDIENTS
Salmon Fillet
Asparagus
Iceburg Lettuce
Red Bell Pepper
Cucumber
FOR THE DRESSING
1 Squeezed Lemon
Olive Oil
Salt + Pepper
Garlic (optional)
tsp Honey
1tsp Dried Oregano
Basil (fresh or dried)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Wrap Salmon in foil and roast at 180°C for 15-20 minutes
- Mix dressing ingredients together in blender
- Mix salad Ingredients together in bowl adding the salmon and then add the dressing
