MISO GLAZED SEA BASS (GF)

INGREDIENTS
Sea Bass Fillets
Spring Onions
Seasame Seeds
FOR THE MISO MARINADE
2 tbsp Brown Miso Paste
1 tbsp Seasame Oil
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar/Mirin
1 tbsp Tamari or Coconut Aminos (lower sodium option)
1 Lime squeezed
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix Miso Marinade together in a boil and add a little bit of water to it if it needs loosening
- Place Sea Bass fillets in roasting tray and cover with Miso Marinade
- Cook for 25 Minutes
- Serve with greens and top with the green part of the spring onions and sesame seeds
- Don’t forget to scrape up all the sticky delicious bits from the roasting tray 🙂

Greens (steamed spinach/spicy pak choi/broccoli/rocket salad)
