MISO GLAZED SEA BASS (GF)

INGREDIENTS

Sea Bass Fillets
Spring Onions
Seasame Seeds

FOR THE MISO MARINADE

2 tbsp Brown Miso Paste
1 tbsp Seasame Oil
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar/Mirin
1 tbsp Tamari or Coconut Aminos (lower sodium option)
1 Lime squeezed

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix Miso Marinade together in a boil and add a little bit of water to it if it needs loosening
  2. Place Sea Bass fillets in roasting tray and cover with Miso Marinade
  3. Cook for 25 Minutes
  4. Serve with greens and top with the green part of the spring onions and sesame seeds
  5. Don’t forget to scrape up all the sticky delicious bits from the roasting tray 🙂
