MINT MATCHA SMOOTHIE BOWL

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Avocado
1 Banana
1 tsp Almond Butter
2tsp Flax Seeds
2tsp Baoab Powder (or any superfood powder)
1 tsp Matcha
100ml of Unsweetened Almond Milk
4 Drops Mint Extract (can be made without for a plain Matcha bowl)
2 Cubes of Ice (if not used frozen fruit)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients through blender
  2. Add favourite toppings
