CHOC CHIP BANANA BREAD (GF)

INGREDIENTS

3 Ripe Medium Size Bananas
3 Eggs
80g Coconut Flour
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vin.
1 tsp Bicarbonate Soda
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
3 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
4 Walnut
Dark Chocolate

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add everything into the food processor (except the Walnuts & Dark Chocolate) and blend
  2. Pour mixture into loaf tin and fold through the dark chocolate and walnuts (or use the “pulse” setting  on the food processor to fold them through)
  3. Cook for 45-50 minutes at 180°C
  4. Serve with Dairy Free Yogurt
