CHOC CHIP BANANA BREAD (GF)

INGREDIENTS
3 Ripe Medium Size Bananas
3 Eggs
80g Coconut Flour
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vin.
1 tsp Bicarbonate Soda
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
3 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
4 Walnut
Dark Chocolate
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Add everything into the food processor (except the Walnuts & Dark Chocolate) and blend
- Pour mixture into loaf tin and fold through the dark chocolate and walnuts (or use the “pulse” setting on the food processor to fold them through)
- Cook for 45-50 minutes at 180°C
- Serve with Dairy Free Yogurt
