CLASSIC HUMMUS

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Can of Chickpeas
2 tbsp Tahini
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Water
1 Lemon Squeezed
1 tsp Cumin (optional)
1 Crushed Clove of Garlic or 1 tsp Garlic Oil
Salt
Paprika to garnish

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel cooked chickpeas to make the hummus smoother, they peel off very easily!
  2. Add all ingredients to blender.

Add hot water to make it creamier
