BALSAMIC MUSHROOM STEAKS

INGREDIENTS

4 Portobello Mushrooms
1 Pepper
Handful of Rocket
1 Avocado
Sundried Tomatoes
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Salt + Pepper
Pine Nuts
Dried Basil
Dried Oregano

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Marinate Mushrooms in balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt + pepper
  2. Add to hot pan and cook with peppers, basil + oregano. Mushroom needs around 5 minutes per side
  3. Serve with the rest of the ingredients
