My Favourite Workouts in London

I am a HUGE fitness fanatic as I just love what it does for my mind and body. I truly believe that a good exercise regime is one of the first steps to living a healthier, more productive and overall happier life. For me, I absolutely LOVE classes, there is always so much energy in the room you can feed off and you can try so many different things so you never get bored of doing the same thing over and over again. In a week I aim for 4-5 classes, and I usually do 1 from each of these categories. I love changing things up and using my body in different ways. I also listen to my body and what it needs; if I need to open it up and slow down my mind, then I go to a yoga class. If I feel like I need a good sweat and just to have some fun, I go spinning. To shape my abs, I do a sculpting class and to work off that bowl of chips I go to a HIIT class!
